EQC supports Canterbury Museum’s Quake City exhibition, which opened in Christchurch in February 2013.
The exhibition, housed in the Re:Start Mall, displays former city icons from Christchurch’s damaged infrastructure – including the rose window from the Canterbury Cathedral. It explores the region’s recovery, including the lessons learnt and how they’re being applied as the city is rebuilt.
It is estimated that more than 70,000 New Zealand visitors, including school students, will visit Quake City each year.
