Most of EQC’s customers and service providers are honest.

Most of our customers claim because they really do have damage from a natural disaster. Likewise, the majority of our suppliers and contractors do the work they are contracted to do.

But we are aware that a small group of people don’t always do the right thing.

How to get in touch

If you suspect that someone is claiming for damage that isn’t earthquake or natural disaster related – or you think a contractor isn’t providing the services they're supposed to – please contact us and tell us what you know.
