Make an allegation

Most of EQC’s customers and service providers are honest.

Most of our customers claim because they really do have damage from a natural disaster. Likewise, the majority of our suppliers and contractors do the work they are contracted to do.

We are aware that from time to time, a small group of people may not do the right thing. Examples might be someone claiming for damage that isn’t earthquake or natural disaster related or a contractor not providing the services they're supposed to.

If you suspect dishonest or fraudulent (fraud) activities are occurring, please contact us and tell us what you know. All information we receive will remain confidential.
