The Residential Advisory Service (RAS)

Provides free, impartial advice to residential property owners who are facing challenges in getting their home repaired or rebuilt after it has been damaged by the 2010-2011 Canterbury earthquakes and November 2016 Kaikoura earthquake.

The Canterbury Support Line

Provides support for a range of social and wellbeing issues, including access to support and information for dealing with 2010-2011 Canterbury and November 2016 Kaikoura earthquake-related matters. Call the Support Line on 0800 777 846, open 24 hours every day, for free and confidential information, support, counselling and connection to emergency services. The Helpline team will refer you to an appropriate agency who may be able to assist.
