Reduced hours - Christmas & New Year holiday

We close for the holiday period on Friday 22 December at 6pm.

You can call EQC over the holiday period during the following reduced hours:
•    8am to 6pm from Wednesday, 27 December through Friday, 29 December 
•    8am to 6pm from Wednesday, 3 January through Friday, 5 January 

We return to normal hours from 7am on Monday, 8 January.  

You can still lodge a claim online or contact us using the form below when we are closed.

If you have an emergency, you should contact Emergency Services on 111.
