How we’re settling Kaikoura claims

On our behalf, a number of private insurance companies are assessing and settling their customers’ EQC claims for home and contents damaged by the earthquake.

EQC has been managing some claims directly, including all land claims and the building and contents claims of customers who already have an open claim from another natural disaster event (for example, 2013 Sneddon earthquake).
