We will respond as soon as possible and within 20 working days of receiving your request.

During the covid-19 level 4 lockdown period we are unable to send OIA responses by post, we are still able to respond by email or file transfer.


Please note that we use tracked & signed Courier Post to send responses via surface mail. This method of response is not suitable for P.O boxes and additional time will be required for delivery.

Authorised requesters include: the insured/claimant, claim contact, current property owner with Deed of Assignment (DOA), or authorised representatives including estate agents representing the seller, with a listing agreement. Unauthorised requesters include: a potential home buyer, current property owner without a DOA, or other interested parties with an interest in receiving property information.
If you are not listed as a claim contact, supplying evidence of authority may speed up your request and grant you access to additional documentation. If you cannot upload the authority document here – please e-mail
