We will respond in accordance with the Official Information Act (OIA), Privacy Act, Earthquake Commission Act or all (whichever is appropriate to your request) as soon as practicable and in any event no later than 20 working days of receiving your request.

Are you authorised to receive this information?

Definition of an authorised requester

Authorised requesters include: the insured/claimant, claim contact, current property owner with Deed of Assignment (DOA), or authorised representatives including real estate agents representing the seller, with a listing agreement or requests related to you personally

Unauthorised requesters include: a potential home buyer, current property owner without a DOA, or other non-claim contact parties with demonstrated interest in receiving information.
